本規約は、株式会社OwN（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリケーション「Deco Planner」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第1条（利用目的）
本アプリは、減圧理論の学習およびダイビング計画の検討を目的とした教育用ツールです。本アプリの計算結果は、実際の潜水における意思決定を代替するものではありません。
第2条（安全に関する重要事項）
1. 実際の潜水では、受講した認定機関の手順、トレーニングの範囲、およびダイブコンピュータの指示を常に優先してください。
2. 減圧症のリスクは個人差・体調・環境により大きく変動し、いかなる減圧モデルもこれを完全に予測することはできません。
3. 本アプリは、適切なトレーニングを受けたダイバーが、その認定範囲内で使用することを前提としています。
第3条（無保証）
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当社は、本アプリの計算結果の正確性、完全性、特定目的への適合性について、いかなる保証も行いません。
第4条（免責）
当社は、本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じるいかなる損害（減圧症その他の身体傷害、死亡、逸失利益を含むがこれらに限られない）についても、法令上許容される最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。
第5条（知的財産権）
本アプリおよび関連する著作物に関する知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。
第6条（禁止事項）
利用者は、本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、および法令に違反する態様での利用を行ってはなりません。
第7条（規約の変更）
当社は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
第8条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争については、当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the "Deco Planner" application (the "App") provided by OwN KK (the "Company"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Purpose
The App is an educational tool for studying decompression theory and exploring dive plans. Its results are not a substitute for decision-making on actual dives.
2. Safety
(1) On actual dives, always follow the procedures of your training agency, stay within the limits of your training, and defer to your dive computer. (2) The risk of decompression sickness varies greatly with the individual, physical condition and environment; no decompression model can fully predict it. (3) The App is intended for use by trained divers within the scope of their certification.
3. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is". The Company makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of any calculation result.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damage arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to decompression sickness or other personal injury, death, or lost profits.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Company or its rightful owners.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, or use it in violation of applicable laws.
7. Changes
The Company may amend these Terms when it deems necessary. Amended Terms take effect when posted on this page.
8. Governing Law / Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court having jurisdiction over the Company's location shall be the exclusive court of first instance for any dispute.
